Do you need my website password?
No, and we never ask for it. We read your public pages and deliver the Spanish text and simple HTML; you or your web provider add it to your site. We include short instructions for WordPress, Wix and Squarespace.
What kind of Spanish do you use?
Clear, neutral Spanish as used in the US. If most of your customers are from a specific country, tell us and we adapt the vocabulary.
What if I don’t like the translation?
Ask for changes (two rounds included). If you don’t approve it, you don’t pay. If you later find an error in a delivered translation, we fix it free; if a problem can’t be resolved, you can request a refund within 14 days of payment (see our Terms).
Will this bring me more customers or improve my Google ranking?
We can’t promise results we don’t control. A Spanish version makes your information understandable to Spanish-speaking customers; what happens next depends on your business and market.
Can we talk on the phone?
We work by email, so every detail of your quote and your pages is in writing. We reply within one business day.
What don’t you do?
We don’t translate medical diagnoses, legal advice, personal documents or certified translations. For clinics and law firms, every page is published only with your explicit approval.
